Returns & Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 5 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All original packaging, tags, and labels must remain intact.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Store Credit
All approved returns will receive store credit only.
Store credit is valid for one (1) year from the original purchase date.
Store credit can be used toward any future Timeless Designs purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Items without original packaging or receipt.
Returns requested after the 5-day return period.
How to Start a Return
Please contact Timeless Designs first to initiate a return using the email support@shoptimelessdesigns.com.
Once approved, the drop-off location will be provided.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

At this time, Timeless Designs ships exclusively within Trinidad and Tobago.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
