How can I return an item?

Refund Policy

At Timeless Designs, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must remain intact.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Store Credit

  • All approved returns will receive store credit only.

  • Store credit is valid for one (1) year from the original purchase date.

  • Store credit can be used toward any future Timeless Designs purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Items without original packaging or receipt.

  • Returns requested after the 5-day return period.

How to Start a Return

  • Please contact Timeless Designs first to initiate a return using the email support@shoptimelessdesigns.com.

  • Once approved, the drop-off location will be provided.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

At this time, Timeless Designs ships exclusively within Trinidad and Tobago.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
